Property Research Specialist

This role will identify ownership of parking properties and conduct end-to-end research about their current situation to contribute our world-class, proprietary parking database.
We are looking for an excellent writer and researcher who can own our content strategy and execution, with a focus on crafting compelling medium-to-long form content that resonates with real estate owners.
We understand this is typically someone's first role in sales, so no prior sales experience is required. We are looking for folks that are coachable, have a growth mindset, and a strong work ethic.
Partner Success is one of the most critical jobs here at AirGarage. This role will be responsible for owning relationships with a portfolio of parking facility owners and the tenants of their facilities to ensure their happiness.
This role will have a high impact on a product ecosystem that powers parking garages across the country and payment flows used daily by thousands of people.
