Our Visibility feature offers owners peace of mind through virtual check-ins anytime, and from anywhere. With Visibility, you can see camera snapshots and real-time insights on occupancy, enforcement, payment activity, and any potential maintenance issues. This remote oversight is ideal when you prefer a hands-on method of monitoring operations.

The Intelligence Dashboard also provides controls that allow property owners and managers to make operational changes to their facility in real time. For example, you can adjust rates, manage users, and handle day-to-day tasks without needing to switch between different systems.

  • Waive a violation using either the violation number or the license plate number
  • Create and manage discount codes (including name, amount, duration, code, and number of uses)

This flexibility helps maximize occupancy and revenue, especially during peak times or unique events. Lastly, the “Organization” section of the dashboard gives you a company-wide view and access to specific functions, from selecting individual company members in your system to downloading income statements. 

This data all comes together in multiple report types and visualizations that can be customized to your preferences.

Reporting Formats

Starting with your go-to consolidated report in the “Properties” view, the Intelligence Dashboard reporting features are designed to simplify oversight and transparency. These features allow you to customize reports and tailor them to specific needs by selecting date ranges, parking zones, and KPIs. Reports can be scheduled for automatic email delivery or exported for further analysis, sharing, or compilation.   

There’s no limit to the number of users you can add, making it easy to collaborate with your team. And you can set up multiple user permission levels, giving different team members access based on their roles. 

Other reporting functions and controls include:

  • Multiple user permission levels and role-based access

  • Report exports in multiple formats, including CSV
  • Reports and/or graphs with both daily and monthly views
