I was given a ticket for my car by mistake and the ticket attendants helped me when I showed proof of purchase.

I’ve never used this method of payment for parking before and I found this method fairly intuitive. Overall good experience.

I'm an out-of-state visitor, so I found it a very convenient, central place to park. Easy process for payment, fair price, like that you cap it at $32. That's an honest feature.
