What types of parking properties does AirGarage work with?
We work best with properties that:
  • Generate at least $7,500 per month in parking revenue, or are currently managed by professional operators like LAZ, SP+, ACE, or Premium Parking
  • Have existing paid parking with consistent demand
  • Are primarily self-park facilities (valet under 40% of traffic, stacking under 20%)
We're currently under contract with another operator. Can we still talk?
Yes! We're happy to discuss how AirGarage can improve your parking operations once your current contract ends. If your contract extends beyond 6 months, feel free to reach out when you're closer to making a change.
What does "exclusive operator" mean?
Being the exclusive operator means all parking revenue generated on your property goes through AirGarage. We don't work with properties where:
  • Another company or operator collects a portion of parking revenue
  • The property owner wants to self-operate during certain times
  • Revenue is split between multiple operators
The only exceptions are:
  • Hotels that need to charge their overnight guests directly as part of their room rate, but will allow - AirGarage to manage public parking on the property
  • Residential/Office buildings that charge their residents/tenants for parking directly through their monthly lease payments, but will allow AirGarage to manage all public parking on their property
How does AirGarage's revenue share model work?
We operate on a transparent revenue share model. Unlike traditional "cost-plus" management agreements where operators pass through marked-up expenses and charge a fixed fee regardless of performance, our revenue share model means:
  • We only make money when you make money
  • We cover operating costs from our share of revenue
  • Our incentives are aligned with yours
The specific revenue share percentage is customized based on your property details.
What kind of reporting and data access do I get?
You get real-time dashboard access from any device. You can check occupancy, revenue, and trends from your phone anytime, during meetings, site visits, whenever you need it.

No more waiting 2-3 weeks for monthly PDF reports or PowerPoints. You'll have access to proactive reports with concise and insightful analytics about your parking asset's performance.
Do you provide customer support for drivers?
Yes! We provide dedicated customer support for drivers using your parking facility, which means prompt and helpful assistance when drivers need it. Our driver satisfaction rating averages 4.9 stars (out of 5).

You won't need to field parking complaints or payment questions - our team handles that.
