How does AirGarage work?

AirGarage partners with churches, small businesses, and hotels to manage their parking lots. We also have homeowner single parking spaces that can be rented out as monthly parking.

As a monthly renter, you can rent any spot that is available for monthly parking. On the AirGarage Spots Map, orange pins indicate lots and spaces that are available for monthly parking.

How does payment work?

‍You will be charged at the start date of your desired monthly rental start date. You will be prorated for the last month of your rental depending on the rental end date.

How do I access information about my monthly rental?

1. Head to the AirGarage main site.
2. Click 'Login'.
3. Enter the phone number you used to make a monthly rental.
4. You will be texted a code to this phone number. Enter the code.
5. Here you can view any of your active monthly rentals.

How do I create a monthly rental?

1. Choose the spot you'd like to make a monthly rental at.
2. Click 'book monthly parking'.
3. Enter your information in the checkout form along with the dates you would like the spot for.
4. Click start rental. Now you are good to go for your monthly rental!

How do I cancel a monthly rental?

You can cancel your monthly rental by signing into the AirGarage dashboard.

1. Head to the AirGarage main site.
2. Click 'Login'.
3. Enter the phone number you used to make a monthly rental.
4. You will be texted a code to this phone number. Enter the code.
5. Here you will see your active rentals. Click on the pencil icon in the right left corner of the appropriate rental - here, you can cancel you monthly rental.

You will be not charged for the rest of your monthly rental if you cancel before the next billing date.
